1. Processing Time
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 6 business days after payment confirmation.
- Cryptocurrency Payments: For those using crypto, the processing period begins once the transaction receives the required network confirmations.
2. Shipping Origin & Method
Every package is shipped directly from Kebumen, Central Java, Indonesia.
- Carrier: We use Registered Mail from PT. Pos Indonesia, a reliable state-owned postal service.
- Tracking: Every shipment includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Effective immediately dated from February 2, 2026, KretekSource has suspended all shipments to the United States indefinitely due to sudden and unpredictable changes in tobacco export regulations. Recent shipments were rejected by airport authorities following new regulatory protocols, and since shipping fees for such rejections are non-refundable, we have made this decision to protect our customers from unnecessary financial loss. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates if the regulatory environment stabilizes.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Your satisfaction is paramount. While the nature of tobacco products means all sales are final, we stand by our accuracy and quality with a comprehensive Replacement Guarantee.

We will gladly issue a replacement if an error occurs on our part, such as:
- Receiving products that do not match your order.
- Incorrect quantity of items.

How to Initiate a Replacement
To be eligible, please follow these professional guidelines:

- Evidence: Provide a clear description and photos of the error.
- RMA Number: If approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address.
- Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A replacement will be dispatched once the returned item is verified. A new shipping fee for the replacement will apply.
